These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts for WordPress hosting services between PAN21.COM Corporate Consultants Ltd, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, Herefordshire HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom (the “Provider”) and the customer, entered into via the website 1euro-hosting.com.
2. Formation of Contract & Scope of Services
The contract is formed upon completion of the order process and successful payment via the payment provider Stripe. The scope of services (storage space, domain, SSL certificate, email addresses, etc.) depends on the plan chosen by the customer (Starter, Basic, or Pro) as described on the website at the time of order.
3. Prices & Payment
The monthly prices displayed on the website at the time of order apply. Billing occurs monthly in advance by credit card or another payment method offered via Stripe. The Starter plan includes advertising provided by an ad network; the Basic and Pro plans are entirely ad-free.
4. Contract Term & Cancellation
All plans can be cancelled monthly. Cancellation can be made at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month, via the customer account or by email. There is no minimum contract term and no cancellation fees.
5. Customer Obligations
The customer agrees not to use the provided hosting resources for unlawful content, spam, malware, or any other abusive purpose. In the event of a violation, the Provider reserves the right to suspend access without prior notice.
6. Availability & Liability
The Provider strives for high availability of the hosting services but cannot guarantee one hundred percent uptime. The Provider’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. The Provider is not liable for data loss where the customer has failed to maintain their own backups.
7. Final Provisions
The laws of the United Kingdom apply, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer’s country of residence. Should any individual provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
